I purchased a Sealy bed from DIAL A BED CARNIVAL CITY, Brakpan. Paid for it in cash. They did not have a bed in stock, but gave me the showroom bed that was brand new, just unpacked. after delivery I noticed that it had a inner tear in the mattress. I immediately reported it to DIAL A BED. Problem, I must deal with Sealy. They contacted me and send out a rep for inspection. They said they will inform DIAL A BED to replace the bed. After a lot of calls the mattress was replaced, and as the the old beds was replaced, the color of the mattress and base are now a reverent color. No problem, they will exchange it. After a year and again a lot of calls from myself and return call from there center, i was now informed that that policy state that only the mattress but not the base will is covered. So people if you deal with these people, be careful. Deal with someone that is reputable.
