Replace mattress

I complained with Hello Peter about a month ago. Dial a Bed phoned me several times. Promised to replace the damaged mattress and it will take about 10 days to get new mattress. On 5 June 2013 they phoned me again - at last the mattress arrived in the shop at Polokwane. But they don't have transport and need to arrange with warehouse for delivery. Promised that the mattress will delivered on Tuesday 11 June 2013. Needless to say it is already Thursday and not one word from Dial a Bed. I think this is very very bad. This is definitely the poorest service in the world. Guess who will never do any business with them again and I am going to tell everybody who wants to listen about this bad service. I hope to eventually receive my mattress before christmas.
