I Purchased a Nexus 7 32gb Tablet on Black Friday on the 29 Nov. Paid 47.62 for Next day delivery but only received tablet on wed 4 November. The touchscreen of the device felt very unresponsive and was "ghosting" ie. would just do its own swiping and tapping without you even going close to the screen. Or the screen wouldnt receive any input from you no matter where or how hard/soft you press. Noone answered the line for ecommerce on 0116030900 after many attempts. On Friday 6th i noticed the tablet is a 8gb model and not the 32gb model, the tablet then offered a system update and therafter showed the claimed 32gb. Started calling
0116030900 and the gentleman i spoke to said he will call me back after "sorting this out". Never got a call. Called N1 City branch many times, they claim they and no other branch in Cape Town have any stock of this device. All subsequent calls on 0116030900 NO ANSWER. HOW can you run a online store and not answer the line it is the ONLY way to contact you???

How do I go about getting my device replaced / refunded???
