DIAL A BED REFUSE TO RESPECT WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS

We bought a bed from Dial a Bed on special offer with wonderful promises guarantees and warrantees!
The bed was delivered and there was a problem within a year, after hectic fights and months of disputes eventually the totally new bed was replaced by another new bed.
Now again this new bed has a problem with a squeaking base.
After months and months we eventually got hold of a supplier as the Durban branch where we bought the bed closed down. The bed still has a 4 year warranty. Dial a bed and Supplier BRAVO insist the base WILL ONLY BE REPLACED IF WE PAY R650 ON THE WARRANTY... A N D... IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH THE BASE, BUT THE MATTRESS, WE HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER R1600 TO HAVE THAT REPLACED. SO IN FACT WE BUY A NEW BED FOR R2250 while under warranty.
When we made the purchase we paid AN EXTRA FEE for extra cover on warrantees.
I took my Original invoice to my lawyer... nowhere!! is any small print or any notice that when a bed will be replaced under warranty I have to pay the expense. This is absolutely shocking SA. TAKE NOTE N O T to buy from dial a bed.
