I objected to the manner in which staff of Truworths have been harassing me during November, so I settled my account and instructed Truworths in writing, by telephone and by SMS, to cancel my account. They obviously do not care to listen to their customers, or ex customers, because now they are harassing me by sending me constant SMS messages offering me more credit? and in one SMS they even doubled my credit without asking me or discussing it with me at all.
Truworths management take note: I DO NOT WANT YOUR ACCOUNT, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN, I DO NOT WANT YOUR EXTRA CREDIT. I DO NOT WANT YOUR SMS MESSAGES OR ANYTHING WHATSOEVER FROM YOU. DELETE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR SYSTEM AND CANCELL MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT SEND ME YOUR SPECIAL OFFERS, YOUR NEWSLETTERS, YOUR BROCHURES. YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST RETAILER IN SA AND I WILL NOT BUY FROM YOU.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND. EVEN A CHILD CAN UNDERSTAND CLEARLY THAT YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER DUE TO YOUR OWN ACTIONS. LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
