I have had a truworths account for a while now. recently I over-indebted myself and immediately sent an email to truworths informing them of my situation and making a payment arrangement. I emailed them 2x but never heard from them.
last week I sent them a fax again but never heard from them. yesterday all of a sudden they started harassing me and called a few times while I was in a meeting. last night at almost 7h30pm they called again. I immediately wanted to know why they were calling me at home. the agent told me that they work until 9pm. I asked her to call me during office hours.
today already they have called 2x and are even harassing me at work. I hate discussing my finances in front of my colleagues/other clients. why don't they read the emails and faxes I have been sending them?
please stop harassing me truworths! I will pay some money into my account and I will NOT run away..it's not as if you will go bankrupt if I don't pay immediately.
