I received an email stating that my purchase would only be delivered on the 3rd of January and if I wished, I should contact the call centre to see if the items that are ready could be shipped so long. I contacted the number on the email, followed the prompts and waited, after an agonizing time of listening to hold music that is now ingrained, I was disconnected without having spoken to anyone. I tried this approach multiple times a day for almost 3 days with no Joy. An option was given for me to leave a message and be called back, I chose that option and was transferred to the voicemail box, only to hear the message "no message can be left at this time, as the mailbox is full", AAAAARRRGHHHH!!! I then used the email option, to which I received a response that my querie had been received and would be dealt with. So far no further response has been received.
I chose to use [URL Removed] because the delivery time given was 24hrs/1day. I guess I wont make that mistake again.
