Credit Bureau Legislation Illiterate Baffoons

I have an open Truworths account and paid the total amount due. Truworths in consequence listed by account with the credit bureaus as "paid up", which was probably meant well but is an adverse credit listing referring to accounts which were closed for non-payment and then later paid. I have asked Truworths 17 times to correct this as it adversely impacts on my ability to obtain credit. Truworths in turn just forwards a generic email saying they monthly update credit profiles. What an incompetent bunch!
