I am a account holder with Truworths and have always paid my bills on time according to the account statement I get from Truworths each month. For the past 4 days Truworths accounts department has been harassing me day after day about an outstanding amount although I have tried to explain to the consultants (and not just one of them) on the phone that they have calculated my account incorrectly and that the amount that they state that I am behind on does not correspond to the bill I have been receiving. I have now been billed 21% penalty on my account because Truworths account department has clearly no idea how to count. I do not understand how a person gets an accounting type of position in a company if they cannot count and how people that cannot speak clearly get a job in a Call Centre. Is Truworths trying to give the perception that they are total fools? If so, they sure are doing a good job of it!
