I have paid my account in full and REPEATEDLY requested Truworths to cancel my account. I have made this request in writing, by e-mail and by phone. They have responded by sending me increases to my credit limit, more SMS marketing material and also by e-mail requesting reasons for my cancellation?? even though I set out the reasons clearly in my communication with them.
PLEASE, TRUWORTHS MANAGEMENT, PLEASE, CAN YOU UNDERSTAND ONE SIMPLE REQUEST: CANCELL MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND STOP SENDING ME YOUR RUBBISH. I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THIS NOTICE EVERY WEEK UNTILL YOU STOP HARRASSING ME. I DO NOT WANT YOUR ACCOUNT. I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT. I DO NOT WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING WHATSOEVER FROM YOU.
