Truworths will NOT order in items from another Truworths store if you are a CASH CUSTOMER to collect at a later date once the item have been delivered to the Truworths store nearest to the CASH CUSTOMER. The more DISTURBING part about Truworths is that they DO NOT respond to complaints logged via the Internet. The WORST service, when you phone customer services you CANNOT speak to any manager that will have the authority to make special arrangements. Nice WAY TO AVOID PROBLEM SOLVING. This in turn creates a bad chain reaction. Truworths lost a R1000.00 cash sale because of BAD SERVICE TO CASH CUSTOMERS, which could have help in the long run to pay Truworths employees a better salary. I'm DISAPPOINTED with Truworths especially because I do not have this problem with any other clothing store. I will NOT buy from Truworths again until they inform me that I will receive the same service as other Truworths customers. Especial because the other clothing stores have the same similar fashions, quality products at a cheaper price.
