I keep getting sent SMS's from Truworths telling me that I have a R4000 credit limit with them and I must come into a store to open my account with them. I NEVER shop at Truworths and do not want an account there. To make things so much worse, they found my new home address and sent me an account card - this will be the second or third account card they have sent me.
Truworths - you need to STOP sending me SMS's and letters to open an account with you. You are harassing me and this is against the National Consumer Act. If you send me anything again, I will report you to the National Consumer Commission. I do not know where you got my details, but you need to delete all of my details from your database immediately.
