Truworths must be in financial stress as they are harassing me continually for an unpaid amount of R24, which I refuse to pay! I have settled my account in full, but they are demanding that I pay an annual fee of R24.
I have instructed them to rather close my account.
Their accounts department has called me at least 3 times every day for the past month. certainly spending MORE than R24 on phone costs. The calls arrive at all times of the day AND night. Their staff are rude and uneducated rubbish. I wonder if Truworths management think that that is the correct way to treat their customers. If that's the case then those management are really not worth much either.
Truworths, you can continue to call me as often as you wish, it will not force me to pay any money to you!
