I went to Bears to purchase a bed and a fridge last month on the 18 June 2013, then 2 days after I wanted to cancel the fridge because at home they said it was small. When i got there to cancel the sales at assisted me by the name of Martina she told me she does not deal with cancellations she said I should speak to the manager which is Lucky the manager told Me to came in the morning as cancellations are done in the morning, I went there the next day in the morning to find out that the manager is not there and there's no one to help me, two weeks passed and still no manager to help me, everyday I went there they told me as story of manager not there. yesterday as it was already a month or so going I went and they told me that their manager is on leave I should came today, when I get there they said I thinks have change and the prices are different and they have going up. I don't know if maybe its my problem that the prices have going up because they couldn't't assist me from last month at the point of sales, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE WAY THE HANDLE THINGS AND THE MANNER IN WHICH THEY OPERATE ITS LIKE THEY ARE RUNNING A SPAZA SHOP NO PROFESSIONALISM AND KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER
