I bought the furniture at Bears in 2011 November on credit, Fridge, TV, Washing Machine and Home Theathe and they delivered at my house. Out of three items were okay in good working condition but the fridge was faulty on the water dispence as water couldn't come out but the ice were coming out.
I reported it immediately into the Bears store spoke to my sale consultant Rachael at Southgate Mall, She promised me that she will call Sumsang to send someone to have a look on why the fridge is not supplying the water.
The whole of 2012 battling and trying to sort out the problem with Bears with no assistance or help I got from them, 08 February 2013 I took the fridge back to the store where I bought it the Manager Sbusiso Mazibuko told me he will call the Sumsang to send the technician to check the fridge meanwhile I was telling him that I couldn't accept new faulty fridge and paying for it as unfair.
Since that day I took the fridge back to the store no one from the store responded back or informing me what will happen or decision to be taken, The service that I found from Bears was horrible after been buying from them furnisher of my house for all these years I am very disappointed.
