I bought a lounge suite at beares on 02/09/2013, and i paid it cash, last week i noticed one couch is torn and its not even a month since i bought it, on monday i phoned the shop and spoke to Zandile (sales lady) and advised her of my problem, she said i must bring that couch back, i asked her what will happen if the other couches give me the same problem, i want the whole lounge suite to be replaced, she said i must call her manager today, which i did, the manager gave me a stinking attitude and told me i cant change the good after 7 days of purchase, and told me they have to take it up with the manufacturer, ... im really angry cause of the way she spoke to me, they dont know the meaning on customer service!!
