KIC BRAND NEW FAULTY FRIDGE

I bought a brand new KIC fridge from Game last month. The fridge worked for two weeks and ice started developing at the back of the fridge. I reported the problem to GAME who logged a call with the supplier KIC on Friday the 19/April 2013. I then received a reference number 000302071 from the supplier and was told a technician was to come and have a look at it.

Two weeks later after my constant calling and making noise, technicians arrived, tried to fix it on site, this included dismantling the fridge and replacing the compressor. The fridge still did not work and they took it with. Yesterday the 6 MAY 2013 they delivered the fridge claiming it now works. When i checked it this morning the compressor is making a sound but the fridge is very warm inside.

I would have thought a brand new fridge gets replaced with a brand new fridge when it does not work, but clearly that logic does not prevail at KIC. What is even more surprising is that GAME LADYSMITH does not even care about my state of not having a working fridge, they told me to deal with the supplier yet they promised the warranty. I e-mailed the manager last Monday JAMES ZWANE he read and never replied to my email
