HI GOOD DAY,
AS I COMPLAINED LAST MONTH ABOUT THE FRIDGE NOT WORKING, THE MANAGER ALFRED CAME AFTER REPORTING THE COMPLAIN NEXT DAY. THEY SAW THE SITUATION IN THE STORES AND TOLD THAT I SHOULD RECIEVE A NEW FRIDGE AS SOON AS WITHIN A WEEK... ITS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS SINCE HE VISITED ME . I HAVE BEEN WAITING NO ONE CAME TO ME NOR PHONED ME .. AND THE REP ALSO DIDNT COME TO ME FOR OVER 2 WEEKS FOR ORDERS.. MY FRIDGE IS NOT WORKING FOR OVER 7 WEEKS, NOT EVEN A TECNITION APPROCHED US, I AM LOOSING SALES, CUSTOMERS ARE COMMING AND COMPLAINING FOR WARM DRINKS, THIS IS CAUSING A BAD IMAGE TO THE SHOP SALES, IF I CAN GET THE CURRENT FRIDE WORKING TILL THE NEW FRIDE ARRIVES, I WILL APPRECIATE. AND I DID TELL THE MANAGER TOO.. HE SAID BE PATIENT, AND IVEN THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME PLS DONT COMPLAIN ITS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO GO... AS A RESPONSIBLE PERSON AT THE DEPOT NO ONE PNONES TO GIVE FEED BACK TELLING WHATS HAPPENING...
