My boyfriend and I brought a fridge from House & Home in Edenvale. We had to wait for a fridge to be delivered to the store as there was no stock- this i could deal with and on the Wednesday I received a call to say our fridge was ready. On Friday my boyfriend went to fetch the fridge, when he got it home it had scratches and dents all over and the doors didn't close. He called the sales rep to explain what happened and asked what he should do he was told by Raven that he would talk to his manager and call my boyfriend back. My boyfriend than decided to just drive there to return the fridge when he arrived Raven had not spoken to his manager as he was on lunch. They gave my boyfriend another fridge and before he took it home he said he wanted to check the fridge, when it was opened the fridge also had scratches on it. My boyfriend was than told that he can take the demo/ floor unit, he asked if he would receive a discount considering it wasn't new and in return he got a blank look from the sales manager. Today I called and got hold of Leigh- Anne and was told that even if it is a demo/floor unit I cant receive a discount because she doesn't have a budget. such an inconvenience.
