I bought a fridge Cash via debit card for the full amount of R3999.99 on 30 November 2013 at 12:30 pm, from the Salesman Shane, was very helpful, he promised it will be delivered within 30 mins... as Im taking the one on the floor, I told him its fine its not a problem, 1 hour passed, he called, telling me that they found paint at the bottom of the fridge door... and the cant give me that one, I must wait till Monday... I told him I don't have a fridge, I'm coming to cancel as I need a fridge now... When I got to the store that was now closed, but they let me in... The salesman was nowhere to be found... I wanted to cancel, and the Manager said, but she cant refund me, as it was a card payment... I wanted my monies, to buy somewhere else a fridge... Long story sort... the Manager promised... to deliver the new fridge on Monday... As she is giving me the one that on the floor... as original agreed... Got the fridge... it was not working... only found that out on the Sunday... lost a lot of food with the value of - R800.00... now I was fed up... I waited till Monday, the evening the delivered the new sealed fridge in plastic... and the Manager send me a gift to apologize.
