Terrible service

I have been trying to get ADT to sort out my rented alarm system they installed about a year ago. I struggle to get through to their service department by phone, regularly put on hold for over 20 minutes. I am also unable to get a response via their website as no one comes back to me from my queries posted online. I did manage once to get an appointment with their service manager Logan Govender, but surprise surprise, he never arrived at the meeting and is no longer taking or returning my emails or calls to his office or cellphone.
