NO SERVICE DELIVERY FOR 2 YEAR PERIOD

Some, but not remotely all of the issues are listed below:
I was only allowed to test my alarm during working hours which was inconvenient.
For a period of a year an Alberton instead of West Rand radio was installed which rendered the system useless.
The panic button system (even though it worked) was ignored by ADT during a burglary. Even the police arrived at the scene before ADT.
The average response times are 20 minutes or more.
Call centre attitude is poor and never helpful.
Cancellation emails and telephone calls were ignored.
Alarm activation received while alarm was switched off, then the system went completely dead an hour later and remains dead.
Confusion? Is the system cancelled?
Not even management responded to emails.
In the meantime, received notification for annual admin fee for a cancelled system.
Trying to move over to another security company but ADT is blocking it, due to their lack of confirmation of cancellation.
Paying for false security is in a high crime rate country such as SA is unacceptable.
We would discourage anybody from installing or using ADT's services on the West Rand.
