ADT is our security supplier. On 5 January at 16h00 we had a burglary at our office. A colleague arrived at the office 5 minutes after ADT phoned and notified him that the alarm went off. He did however not want to go into the office alone, as he was not sure how many burglars there were. After 45 minutes he had to phone ADT again to ask where they were. The only response we got thus far on our query was that it was peak time and they are very busy. We lost approximately R100k worth of electronics in the burglary, not to mention the time. We had a meeting with a ADT representative who promised that they'll get back to us by Monday, 13th of January, but nothing.
