FAULTY ALARM SYSTEM, unable to my use alarm!!!

Good Day ADT
Alarm was installed in Nov 2012 so IT's STILL UNDER WARRANTY!!! About 4wks ago, my alarm continuously goes off during day.. at least 5 times.. Everytime i have to come out to switch alarm off & leave it off.. After 2wks of phone calls to Tech dept, someone actually came out on 08.05.2013... Loose wiring was found & corrected on Sensor due to poor installation... Alarm worked normal for 1 wk... same problem.. Once alarm is activated each morning, 1hour later alarm goes off... Again i was forces to leave alarm off until i could get ADT Tech dept to come out again.. 2 weeks later they finally came on 24.05.2013... Replaced some sensor's etc & told me sorted out. Left for work this morning, same problem with alarm... Same Zones on error message on keypad.. Call ADT Tech dept on 25.05.2013 in morning. They told me Manager will phone me.. No Calls yet again...
At this Stage i am unable to use my alarm during the day when i am at work leaving my house at risk... I still paying my monthly FEE even though i CAN NOT USE MY ALARM!!!
ADT FIX or REMOVE ALARM or REPLACE WHOLE ALARM as i will most likely get 100% better service with BLUE SECURITY. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
