Poor after sales

Since ADT has moved all department to the new office in N1 City their service has gone backwards. If something goes wrong with the alarm system there is no technitions to attend to the system and has to waite up to 36 hours before the fault on the alarm is repaired thus leaving you unprotected.

Response time to an Alarm is more than 10 minutes, Ater notification I left Paarl Mall and still arrived at home in Paarl East and had to wait for th earmed response. At one ocasion I called for a Patrol car to Patrol while the securty Camras where down and was told by the response Officre it is not his problem but that of the technical department for two years now they are batteling to solve problems with cameras that they installed even with the help of the supplier IDS yesterday a new DVR was installed wich was suppose to be the problem but it is still there worst of all less than 24 Hrs later the whole system is down and No Service Engineer availible to come and see what is wrong thus leaving me again unprotected. Again a day wasted not being able to go and do some bussiness. This is cotrary to what ADT advertise WE ARE ALLWAYS THERE .Many Paarl residents has allready moved away.
