Highly disgusted with Tracker

I had a tracker retrieve unit installed in my previous car, when i bought my new car Tracker advised me that i had to pay a install fee again on my new car for the amount of R350, i then spoke to Tracker and they said that if i upgrade to the alert contract i then don't have to pay an install fee because i would be signing a brand new contract. I agreed to that and upgraded to the alert contract so that i dont have to pay the R350 install fee, installation was then done on my new car...

Yesterday my account was debited for R750, i then spoke to Kim at the call centre and she said that she spoke to the finance department, they agreed that this was in fact a discount (credit) that needs to be paid back to me. within a few working days, why the do you take my money and put me in a position of not being able to pay my other debit orders? The money needs to be paid back to my account today still.

Now i will need to take off from work and go into the bank and reverse the payment, i don't have a problem paying the monthly installment.

This is very very bad service, and also illegal to deduct money from my account which is not yours.
