I purchased tickets, and needed to upgrade them, the lady at the money market counter was very friendly and helpful however for some reason the tickets had to be cancelled and new ones purchased, now this would not have been a problem except that i then had to take a cash refund, and walk around with a large amount of cash, now when i initially purchased the tickets i paid with my card, why could the funds not just be reversed? Honestly if it wasn't for the fact that Computicket is basically the only place you can get tickets i would boycott them. Really pathetic!!!
