After booking tickets on-line for ultramusic fest i received a phone call probably a week after purchase saying payment wasn't made for tickets and I'll lose tickets if payment isn't made within 24 hours.
I go to the Bryanston branch- computicket in the checkers with the reference number and computicket again sais payment wasn't made and I'll lose the tickets-so I pay for the tickets and receive the tickets.
I now receive a phone call from computicket saying that the day I went to Checkers that computicket actually refunded me the money when in actual fact i paid for the tickets.
I have now paid twice for the tickets as this was a and computicket and said that the tickets weren't paid for!!!
