Upon arrival they realised they only had the bus tickets and left the entry tickets. Arrived at the fnb computicket office for assistance. Via my cellphone because I purchased the tickets for them I asked them to ask for the supervisor SHELDON who said to me he cannot reissue the tickets unless I bring a lost letter from COMPUTICKET. That was Computicket.
.I was willing to drive from Pretoria should they have said they want the card holder to reissue. He was not even interested.
Needless to say... he gave the phone back to my sister while I was still talking. I called back..he said. They cannot help anymore people..our loss. I asked to speak to his manager. DERRICK VAN ZYL.This is what he said and I quote " listen here. You are not getting any en tickets here.. you hear me.no f... n tickets now f... k off" that was the beginning and the end of the conversation. Still shocked.
