Cant collect ticket u paid for till January

I purchased 2 eminen tickets as a present last week however I can't collect the tickets till January!
I am going overseas in December for 6 months and now I can't collect the tickets as I paid with my credit card.
you pay cash today however computicket don't give you what you paid for.
I now want to either print the tickets now or get a refund!
I was told I can't print the tickets now which is nonsense or have to wait till January to cancel.
I feel like I have been robbed
