I purchased tickets to a concert in Pretoria on 08/08/2013. The print on the tickets was too light and almost unreadable. I complained to the cashier and she said it was not too light, and wont be a problem when being scanned. She also advised that the tickets can be reprinted. When my credit card was swiped for payment, I was not given the budget option, and am now liable to pay an exorbitant amount on my next bill run.
I return to Computicket on 18/08/2013 and asked for a reprint, only for the manager to advise me that tickets cannot be reprinted. Incompetence. The defective operation of hardware when printing tickets. Incorrect information supplied to customer resulting in an exorbitant waste of the customer's time and increased frustration. Shoprite cannot handle the responsibility of supplying the public with computicket services.
