Request for refund of tickets

After speaking to Tshego at Computicket, she gave me Jessica Ramokotjo's e-mail address to request the refund of our Rihanna tickets. Ticket No's TRH17978JHB13270, TRH17978JHB13271, TRH17978JHB13272.

The tickets were purchased on the 19th Of April 2013 and print@home was requested. I have my credit in Durban and if you get the tickets at a pickup you need the card. When we tried to print the tickets on Sunday 13 October the computicket site was down and we were unable to print the tickets. I tried to print them in Durban, my daughter tried in Joburg as well as a friend. The site was just not working. The kids were so disappointed after the months of anticipation.

I went in after the event and of course with their site up and running had no problem printing out the tickets.

I requested Jessica Ramokotjo to refund the full amount of R1965 back into my credit card. She has replied that will not be refunding the tickets as they could not see when we tried to print the tickets. The site was down and not working and we most certainly tried our best.
I have phoned Jessica to discuss this and she told Ramon to tell me she would phone me back. I am still waiting
