I purchased 3 tickets for seating at a price of R295 per ticket for this concert at the stadium. These tickets have now been handed out as gifts to friends.
I then received a email about the venue change and that we could just go to any Computicket outlet to "EXCHANGE" these ticket for the new venue.
When going to do this, I was informed that there are no more tickets available for this concert. I thought maybe the teller just didn't know so I tried a different outlet, but received the same response.
Utterly disgusted I contacted Computicket to complain about this and to see if maybe I could get my tickets swapped, because surly seeing as I have already bought and paid for tickets I should just need new tickets for the new venue... This was not the case. I was then told my Computicket that it was a mistake from "Big Concerts" and that they are sorry, but I could get a refund. No I am not interested in a refund as how do I explain refunding a gift I have given someone. I immediately contacted Big Concerts to compain and again was told no sorry no our mistake, but rather that computicket had made the mistake.
All I would like is my tickets exchanged for the new Venue. HELP!!
