Once again computicket has messed up

Computicket has messed up with my previous complaint I was told Tshepo Seekane that i couldnt not be refunded and this was on the 11/12/2013 because i didnt have the tickets however I did manage to get hold of the tickets and went to checkers to get my refund with my tickets, I was to by Zinhle that the refund was already passed onto a credit card of whom they dont know and the refund was given on the 11/12/2013, I have emails from Tshepo Seekane saying that i need those tickets in order to get my refund... Id like to know how this refund was passed without the tickets and into whose account. And i want this resolved asap as this has been going on for 2 months and i was told that i will only get my refund if i get the tickets and present them to checkers or fax them with a line across and I took them to checkers and now i hear a different story... Tickets were bought Cash, I have Emails from Tshepo tryna resolve this matter and the end result was that i need the tickets in order to get my refund
