This is to complain about the bad service from Multichoice .. Am a MNET subscriber and since Sunday been receiving a scrambled signal due to Cape Tv moving over to there channel or something. when I call the Call Centre was told to re-tune my tv and decoder which i did.. went through every single channel and nothing.. then was told by the Customer Service person that she will log a call for a technician to call me to setup an appointment. Monday came and no call and then called call centre again.. Was then told it will take 3-4 days for someone to call me.. Today is Thursday and still no call and then called them the morning to find out whats happening and again escalated and told someone will call me today .. Its now 16h15 and still no 1 called .. But called the call centre again and then told that if i call the technician myself they can come out but when asked about who is paying for it .. Because Im call the technician and not Mnet I will be billed.. As i have been without mnet for 5 days now.. I am deducting R10 per day.. Cos they quick to charge you re-connection fee if we miss payment by a day...
