I bought a new machine from Minolta C451, and after Minolta moved the machine from one premises to 205 Visvanger street Montana Park, our problems started.
The machine is more out of order, than working. After replacing basically every part, the machine is still giving problems, although the machine is under a service agreement, as from day one!! The excuses are the following:
*WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BUY PAPER FROM ANTALIS AND USE IT ON THE MACHINE

*THE MACHINE WE BOUGHT IS NOT A PRODUCTION MACHINE, BUT A OFFICE COPIER ACCORDING TO JOHAN KEMP, ALTHOUGH THE SALES LADY CANDICE SPESIFICALLY SOLD IT TO US AS A PRODUCTION PRINTING MACHINE.
*THEY ALSO INDICATE THAT Y2K PRINT USED SPIRITS TO CLEAN THE DRUMS AND CERTAIN PARTS OF THE MACHINE (which is false, cause we are not allowed to open the machine, only Minolta technicians are allowed to work on the machine-according to our SERVICE contract. luckily we had video footage, . that showed that MINOLTA Technicians were cleaning our machine with SPIRITS themselves. )After video was showed to Johan Kemp, HE WAS SHOCKED, THEN he replaced the transfer belt, BUT still the machine is not working!! WE ARE LOSING INCOME AND CLIENTS!!
