On the 5th March 2013 I purchased a Minolta Bizhub 350 from them. I was assured by both Jeff and Steve that the machine would be delivered in good working order. I was told that the machine would be able to copy 25 000 copies with ease. This machine did not even do 1000 copies before it broke after three days. After many call outs they eventually swopped out this machine for a CHEAPER Bizhub 250 which managed to finish 10 000 copies before it too broke (printing with a line on it) This company is disgusting promising that they will send someone around to fix your machine and then no one arrives or calls. They have terrible service with JEFF blaming everyone of his staff for his inability to provide a service. I am demanding my money back and warn every customer not to use these people or you will be sorry. After almost two months I still have NEVER had a working machine and still have not been able to copy my 25000 prints I initially bought this machine for.
