GSW Bad support after I bought a machine

I bought a Mimaki CJV-30-160 Digital printer from Quinton in Capetown for R110 000 - 00. My husband went to Capetown to view the machine and arranged with Mimaki Capetown to go cap the heads for us. Which they did after they forgot and we had to phone them because the couriers was to fetch machine at certain time. We also had to pay them upfront which we did. Got machine back to Johannesburg Alberton we contacted GSW Johnnesburg to come set machine up for us. The guy couldn't get machine to work but pulled invoice book out to charge us just to start machine up. He was not a technician but a sales person we found out later. They then send another technician out which also couldn't get machine to work. again we had to pay. After we contacted the owner Rob we were told he will look into it. He never contacted us back. Then when my husband phoned him he said sorry we should have bought a new machine not a secondhand machine. The machine was not a year old. Then he gave my husband attitude. Then when we phoned again we were told they are not allowed to touch my machine. My husband looked around and was given phone number of a Mimaki technitians. They then came out. STILL NOT WORKING
