We have a rental agreement with Sasfin on two Konica Minolta biz hub 163 machines. We had a continuous problems with these machine and they were more off line than actually working. Nobody from Konica Minolta Corporate Solutions ever contacted us to ask if we were happy or can they assist us with our problem - only when I started to inquire on the cost of a new machine, their relevant Sales person contacted me. He suddenly arrange meetings where the various directors was present too and suddenly our problem become their concern, but just as far as to sell us a new machine! Because now the machine sold to us two years ago does not suite our business ect, but their Sales consultant was the one telling us this was the solution for our company and we would only need to replace the machines in five years time!!! My problem is the following: we signed a rental agreement for goods - I did as per agreement pay the relevant monthly installment and expect in return to have the use of a full functional machine. On cancelling this agreement that i feel they bridge due to the fact that this machines is not functional, I have to pay them a settlement of nearly three times the actual fair m
