I bought a washing machine fron the supplier and after one month the machine-s spinner did not want to work anymore. I contacted the supplier where he came to fetch the machine four days after my complaint. A few days after that he contacted me and told me I had to pay R760.00 to fix the machine as it broke due to customer abuse. I told him I am not going to pay and am unhappy where he than brought back the machine still not working. I asked him why he did not fix the machine and he told me I had to pay. I contacted outside paople to come an assess the problem and all of them told me it was. The motor that was the wrong size for the machine. I have spent alot of money on the machine and am doing washing with my hands as I have gotten no money to buy a new one. Could you please assist me.
