Poor Service

I just recently paid up a R60k Bizhub C252 from them. The network card was damaged which they will not replace under the maintanace contract and quote me -R15k to replace.
The machine has since been giving problems in print quality and upon my booking of a service call I was informed that the service contract has been cancelled and will not be be reinstated.
I am now left with a R60k machine that does not print as it supposed and am now forceed to pay for maintanace on the machine. Konica Minolta is however eager to well sell me a new machine. they do not respond to my emails and calls timeosly. Their responses are always via a 3rd party employee.
This is a rip off if ever i have seen one, hold me to ransome like this.
