We bought a BRAND NEW Defy washing machine from Makro. After reporting that the machine was NOT WORKING properly, Defy sent out a technician - Tom, that could not find the issue!!! Then they sent out another person, Jan, who finally saw that the machine is broken - THANKS JAN. He then notified me that the PC board is broken and will be replaced. I am sorry, but that is just not good enough!! I did not pay R4000 to be inconvenienced and to get the machine fixed within the first two months of its life! If the machine was 6 or 8 months old it would be a different story, but it is brand new!! I insist on a new machine!! I bought a new machine and I want a new machine!!! Next thing after you replace the pc board, something else will break??? Not to mention the inconvenience you caused me this past 2 months!! So, please keep your little pc board; come and fetch your new broken machine and deliver a properly working NEW machine as I was supposed to get in the first place!!!
