My fiance and I bought a Nespresso Latissimo machine from the Canal Walk store at the end of January 2013. We had the machine for a little over a month and started to experience problems with it. Nespresso took the machine in and fixed it, only to return it to me and on the same day, have the machine not work again. Nespresso graciously replaced the machine with a brand new one. It was only after getting home and opening the box, did we realise that the machine we bought from Dion was certainly not packaged the same way. Our inital machine had no cling wrap or extra plastic wrapping on the machine. We didnt even notice this in the beginning. This can only mean that Dion had either used the machine as a demo or for the showroom floor and we were never made aware of this! I DON'T pay full retail for used goods. I am highly upset about this and dont think i can trust Dion Wired again! Absolutely disgusting... and it's Nespresso's most expensive machine too!
