Still awaiting a replacement

I placed the order on 2/10/2013 and then only received it on 11/10/2013. 9 days for a delivery is crazy but that was unfortunately the best part of the whole experience thus far. I opened it over the weekend and saw that the soda stream unit was scuffed all over. The packaging was not damaged thus it was packed in this state and it seriously looks second hand. I immediately sent an email via the website on returns with a promise to get a phone call to sort it out asap. As the complaint was logged on Sunday I was reasonable with giving time for a response but as I had none on Tuesday at 4pm I phoned again. Rachel informed me everyone left already but will follow up for me. She phoned me on Wednesday morning and with a return phone call less than an hour later promised that a new one will be sent. I followed up now (Friday 3pm) and everyone has left already for the week and all Rachel can help with is that Thando was suppose to send it out but was not in the office this week?? How is this type of service acceptable? I order online frequently from various suppliers and their service is great so it is not a difficult thing to do. The "special price" is not worth the effort!
