I phoned at 18:26 and placed an order for delivery in Glen Marais area in which I was informed 30min before delivery. At 19:15 I phoned the store in which they only answer the phone in my 3rd attempt to call the store as the phone just rings and rings. When I enquired where my order was I was informed it had left the store but they informed me it would be 1.5hours before delivery because they are busy. Eventually at 20:26 after our order was still not delivered my boyfriend phoned the store to enquire where the order was. To be told order had left the store and driver should be there shortly. He then phoned Clemont the store manager to complain he told us we need to pay for least one pizza. Debonairs arrived at 20:35 2 hours after I placed the order. From their website: "When we present you with your pizza, if the dot is red, your pizza's hot and fresh, if it's black, your pizza's FREE. This is our quality promise to you" I phoned Scooters at the same time for a delivery and it took them 20min to deliver with an sms service that informs me my order has left the store. Regardless of the dot after this experience I will NEVER order or support another Debonairs again.
