Second refurbished unit in one week broken

For the last few weeks my Blackberry 9360 has been giving trouble cutting out during phone calls and freezing. On Tuesday (22 Jan 2013) I took my phone to the MTN repair office in Boksburg. The following day I phoned and they confirmed that my phone was replaced. I picked up my refurbished phone on Wednesday (23 Jan 2013). From the moment I received the new phone it kept on freezing almost every time I tried to use it. On Friday (25 Jan 2013) I took the refurbished handset back and booked it in again. On Monday (28 Jan 2013) I went back to the service center and picked up the new refurbished unit as the previous one had to be replaced. Not even an hour had passed when it started giving the same problem again, constantly freezing and basically unusable.

So in the space of less than a week I've had my phone replaced twice and both units are nonfunctional. Every time it requires me to take time off from work and drive - 25km just to take my phone in.

Please HELP as I am frustrated and dispirited and would love to sort this issue out ASAP.

On a positive note I have to commend the service from the repair center as the reception staff are very friendly and helpful.
