No delivery and no communication

I ordered a bed from Dial-a-bed online on 15 January 2013. They promise to be in contact within 48 hours and for delivery to take place within 3-5 working days. I contacted them after a week after having had no communication except for a confirmation of the order. Amanda said that the problem was that they did not have stock (on the website therthey indicated sufficient stock) and that the order had not been placed yet (although my order had been placed a week before). Manufacturing a bed would delay the order by 21 working days, but she then found a bed at a depot in Johannesburg. She promised delivery 8 days later on Wednesday 30 January. On 30 January I phoned her to confirm and she promised to phone back, which did not happen. I tried to reach Dial-a-bed: not one of the staff were available after 15h00: Wendy, Amanda, Solly and their manager all left at 15h00 to avoid traffic, according to the telephone operator. Restonic phoned me later to let me know that the bed had not left Johannesburg. I eventually reached Amanda on 31 January, when she promised to e-mail me and phone me back. I have not heard anything further and the bed has still not been delivered.
