I have ordered a bed, Restonic Gold Euro Top - Double Bed set, R3199.00, order number: 2315, online last week monday, 28 January 2013. Paid for it and send them proof of payment. At that time there was no delivery cost as it stated on the website FREE DELIVERY. I send them an email the next day to please check my order and payment. Got a phone call telling me that they are going to send me a King Koil, no explanation as to why, I then phoned them back to say I dont want that bed I want my original order that I paid for, only got the answering machine, which is full and so I cant leave a message. I phoned them again on Wednesday, the lady checked my order, said everything was fine and paid for, they will deliver on Saturday, 2 February 2013. NO DELIVERY. Phoned them again on Teusday, Everytime they said they will phone me back with the details of my order and delivery date. I have phoned them almost everyday last week and this week. I have send them emals, with no response. Got a call yesterday to confirm delivery today, 7 February 2013. NO DELIVERY. Dont know who to phone anymore. NOT HAPPY!!!
