Useless - Use Kalahari

I ordered online from Leserskring on 07/08/2013.

I phone the 08/08/2013 to confirm if all was in place and that my order was being processed. I was advise that my order are being processed

Monday after the long weekend i phone again 12/08/2013 to follow up my order and get and estimated courier delivery i did pay for to easy the online shopping experience

On Thursday the 16/08/2013 i phoned and the consultant advised me that she could not find my order details on the system after i did confirm with my credit card company that the monies was deducted on 09/08/2013.She advise that she will follow up and phone me back.

Today 16/08/2013 i phoned again after i did not received the promised feedback. The call centre consultants can't seem to find the order id did placed, but when i log on to my online Leserskring profile it clearly state my order but is dormant for the since i placed it on the 07/08/2013.

The general service and the handling of my case is surely poor and very disappointing.
