REPLACEMENT SAMSUNG S3 - MTN CONTRACT

I took my Samsung S3 in (20/08) for replacement, after spending more than a hour in MTN @ Cavendish, dealing with Joe, I was told he will phone me on Friday (24/8) with an answer. Joe never gave me any forms to sign or proof that I have handed him the phone. Thursday I phoned Clint and he promised to email me the papers, which he never did. Friday I phoned again and Joe promised to email me the forms and will phone to comfirm when I can get the replacement phone, again nothing.

Monday I phoned and I was told to come and get my replacement phone, I went and after spending more than 40 minutes waiting to be helped, Kasiv helped me and I was giving a replacement phone, I left and got a message, reading the message I saw that instead of the phone showing MTN it showe Vodacom. I returned to the shop where Clint told me to hand the phone back and they will have to order another phone for me.

Disgusting Service, what happended to treating your customer fairly, cos he said I must leave it and they will let me know when I can collect it.

Firstly they never return calls, dont keep me in the loop, so why should I waste my time, petrol and parking fees if there is "no service".
